Louis Fitzgerald Group acquire Bruxelles
The Louis Fitzgerald Group acquire Bruxelles. The Irish Independent, therefore, quotes Fitzgerald as saying: “When I first approached Dave Egan, the previous owner of Bruxelles, about purchasing the pub he said no. As a result, I told him to think about it and give me a call, which he did. It is a very good deal and we are very happy with the business that has run here over the years. The food is something we might look at and we have a new head chef coming in. But it’s a pub that fits.”
