On Monday, August 19th, at the coveted Bar of the Year Awards in the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, the Louis Fitzgerald Group was delighted to win multiple awards. Over 600 guests from across the industry celebrated the best bars and pubs in Ireland for exceptional service, cocktails, dining and innovation.

The Louis Fitzgerald Group, now in it’s 56th year, was delighted to be announced overall winner for Pub Group of the Year. The group which currently owns and operates 22 venues across Dublin, Galway and Cork as well as a number of leased bars is one of Ireland’s largest and longest running hospitality groups.

As well as winning, the prestigious group award, our temple bar pub, The Quays Bar was awarded Best Tourist Bar in Ireland for 2024. As remarkable win, considering the sheer competition within this category from across the country. The Quays is loved for it’s great atmosphere, welcoming and friendly service and of course, live traditional music all day and everyday! Situated in the heart of Temple Bar, it’s a favoured spot for tourists to drop in, enjoy a Guinness, listen to great music and chat with our team about great things to do whilst in Dublin!

Legendary Dublin bar, Bruxelles was also award on the evening for City Bar of the Year. Located just off Grafton Street, the bar is one of Dublin’s best known venues with great food and drinks on the ground floor and the icon Flanders Rock Bar and Zodiac Lounge in the basement.
