Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this campaign is the Louis Fitzgerald Group
2. Campaign Period
   The campaign runs from June 11th to July 19th
3. Eligibility
   The campaign is open to customers 18 and over. Employees of the company, their immediate families, agencies, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with the campaign are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
   Customers receive one stamp per match watched during the campaign period. Once a customer has collected 3 valid stamps, they may submit their completed stamp card to be entered into the draw.
5. Qualifying Visit
   A qualifying visit is defined as attending the venue to watch a game.
6. Stamp Limits
   A maximum of one stamp per customer per match watched may be awarded. The promoter reserves the right to refuse stamps where misuse, duplication, fraud, or abuse of the campaign is suspected.
7. Multiple Entries
   Customers may complete more than one stamp card during the campaign period. Each fully completed and valid 3-stamp card counts as one entry into the prize draw.
8. Prizes
   The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
9. Tour America Voucher Prize
   The prize may be subject to the terms and conditions of the travel provider, voucher provider, airline, hotel, or third-party supplier. Any additional costs not specifically included in the prize, such as travel insurance, spending money, transport, meals, upgrades, taxes, or booking changes, are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
10. Signed Jerseys
    Include Everton, Fulham, Bournemouth and Sunderland. Subject to change and winners will be randomly allocated a jersey.
11. Winner Selection
    The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received after the closing date. The draw will take place on July 20th at Louis Fitzgerald Group HQ.
12. Winner Notification
    The winner will be contacted using the details provided on their completed stamp card within 5 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
13. Proof of Identity
    The winner may be required to provide proof of age and identity before the prize is awarded.
14. Lost or Damaged Cards
    The promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or defaced stamp cards. Photocopies, altered cards, or cards suspected to be fraudulent will not be accepted.
15. No Alcohol Prize
    No alcohol is included as part of the prize or any stamp-card reward. Stamps are not awarded for the purchase of alcohol specifically.
16. Right to Refuse Entry
    The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes breaches these terms and conditions, involves fraudulent behaviour, or is otherwise unfair to other participants.
17. Changes to the Campaign
    The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
18. Publicity
    The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity, such as a winner photograph or social media announcement. Participation in publicity is optional and subject to the winner’s consent.
19. Data Protection
    Personal information collected as part of this campaign will be used only for the administration of the prize draw and contacting the winner, unless the customer has separately opted in to receive marketing communications. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
20. Acceptance of Terms
    By participating in the campaign, customers are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Tour America – Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions
● Gift Vouchers can be used against new bookings and existing
bookings with an outstanding balance.
● Lost/Damaged/Stolen Travel vouchers – Tour America are not
responsible for any lost/damaged/stolen Travel vouchers.
● Travel Vouchers are redeemable against any Tour America /
Cruise Holidays Product.
● Travel Vouchers are NOT redeemable against online bookings
● When making a booking the Travel Voucher must be
presented. The value will be deducted from your invoice total.
● All bookings are subject to availability and subject to change.
● To use a Travel Voucher, formal ID of the Bearer eg. passport,
driver’s license may be requested.
● No cash equivalent can be given.
● Travel Vouchers are valid for five years from the date of issue
● Tour America Travel Vouchers can only be redeemed when
accompanied with a valid Tour America Travel reference
number. This can be found on all valid Tour America Travel
vouchers, and will be applied at point of purchase.
● Vouchers are not protected by IAA under the Travel Agents
Bond.
